What happens if we cannot fulfil your order?

If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason we will refund any payment made for that order as soon as practicable and within 12 hours of your order being placed.

What if you change your mind?

Once you make and pay for your order as a matter of policy we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the products purchased, as we make each item to order.

However, if you have any queries or would like to discuss an exchange or refund in a particular case, please call us and we will make all efforts to accommodate your request.

Can I return a food item?

No. We aim to adhere to HACCP, the preferred industry standard for food safety. Therefore we are unable to replace any food item that you ordered by mistake.
